- Perdue breaded chicken tenders (one 29 oz bag)
 - Della brown rice (12 servings – I get the big bag from Costco)
 - House of Tsang General Tso sauce (two 12.6 oz bottles)
 - Broccoli (fresh, 3 medium heads)
 - Olive oil (3 TBSP)
 - Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne
 - Sesame seeds (optional)
 
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 ºF
 - Add 12 servings (3 cups) of brown rice to a rice cooker along with water (6 cups). Cook on brown rice setting
 - Add the chicken tenders to a baking sheet lined with foil (spray with non-stick spray first!)
 - Cook the chicken tenders at 425 ºF for 15 minutes
 - Remove the chicken tenders from the oven and chop into bite-sized pieces
 - Cut broccoli away from the stems
 - Add 3 TBSP olive oil to a large pan/wok followed by broccoli
 - Add seasonings and mix thoroughly
 - Turn setting to medium-high heat
 - After a few minutes add a small amount of water to the pan, add a lid, and steam for 6-8 minutes on medium heat
 - Add diced chicken tenders to a bowl and toss with general tso sauce (one jar)
 - Add cooked broccoli to another bowl and toss with general tso sauce (one jar)
 - Add brown rice to a meal prep container followed by chicken and broccoli
 - Top with sesame seeds (optional)
