Tyler is an incredible person and coach! I’ve been friends with him since we met freshman year of college, and seeing his passion for the fitness industry grow throughout our time at school, I decided to try out his 16-week program. It was such a great experience to work with him, because not only does he have the knowledge to help people reach their goals, but also the passion and work ethic to get them as far as they want to go. He is extremely professional and accessible, and also a lot of fun to work with. He taught me a lot more about fitness/eating/working out in these past 16 weeks than I’ve really ever learned on my own, and I’ll be able to use this experience to make some lasting changes within my own plan. I couldn’t think of a better person to work with, and anyone looking for some help should give him a shot!
Tyler and I met a few years ago at a summer internship. I was blown away by his dedication to his health and well being, meal prepping out of a tiny little hotel room and doing the simple things like getting enough sleep each night. I never thought it was something I could do.
Fast forward to January 2019 and I’d pushed past 220lbs. I didn’t want to waste money on a gym membership cause I have no idea how to lift. I figured the easiest place to start was diet. I turned to Tyler for some pointers. His plethora of experience, all of which he has implemented in his own life, helped me add this new dimension of self-mastery to my life and lose over 20lbs with just diet changes in less than 6 months.
Encouraged by this progress I moved to the gym and Tyler helped me select a great work out routine that fits my busy schedule and acknowledges my inexperience in the gym.
I never expected simple little changes could make all the difference! But Tyler did it himself, he shared them with me, and now he wants to share those same tips with others!
My man Tyler was instrumental in helping me to not only get in shape, but lose weight and kick start my metabolism so that the weight continued to come off even after we ended our summer boot camp.
As many of us do, I stopped Tyler’s program and I have gained all my weight back including an additional 26 pounds. Needless to say, I am back. But this time for good. Tyler’s program not only gives you tools to transform your body, but also your lifestyle. And that is where the success lies.
