Air Fryer Burgers

Grocery List:

  • Sesame seed burger buns
  • Ground beef (3 lbs of 80/20)
  • Soy sauce (4 TBSP)
  • Minced garlic (2 TBSP)
  • Colby jack cheese slices (6)
  • Red onion (1 large)
  • Squeeze mayo
  • Ketchup
  • Guac (package of 6 single servings)
  • Sweet potato fries (two 20 oz bags)
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, Memphis Rendezvous


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 425 ºF
  2. Cook the sweet potato fries for ~25 minutes
  3. In a large bowl, mix your ground beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Memphis Rendezvous seasoning (or any other burger seasoning you’d like)
  4. Form six 8 oz patties with the beef mixture
  5. Add 3 of the patties to your air fryer. Cook for at 400 ºF for 5 minutes
  6. Flip the burgers and cook at 400 ºF for another 5 minutes
  7. Lastly, top the burgers with cheese slices and cook at 400 ºF for 4 minutes (note: these burgers came out rare to medium rare so if you want it cooked more, add a minute or two at each step)
  8. Slice the red onion into large rings
  9. Assemble the burgers the day of by adding the red onion, ketchup, mayo, and guac
