- Cooked shrimp (1 lb)
- Chicken breast (1 lb)
- Thin egg noodles (two 12 oz bags)
- Red bell pepper (2)
- Carrot (2)
- Green onion (1)

- Canola oil (4 TBSP)
- Olive oil (1 TBSP)
- Sesame oil (1 TBSP)
- Minced garlic (2 TBSP)
- Minced ginger (2 TBSP)
- Beef broth (2 cups)
- Soy sauce (0.5 cups)
- Fish sauce (1.5 TBSP)
- Sugar (2 TBSP)
- Corn starch (2 TBSP)
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, chili flakes
Directions:
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to the directions on the package
- Drain and set aside
- Cut your chicken and beef into small cubes and strips, respectively
- Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder
- Add canola oil (2 TBSP) to a large wok/pan. Cook the chicken
- Repeat this process with the beef. Set both the cooked chicken and beef aside
- Dice your onion, carrot, and red peppers into small strips
- Add them to the same pan you cooked the chicken and beef in. Cook until desired tenderness
- To a saucepan, add olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the garlic has browned
- Add sesame oil, beef broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Bring to a light boil
- Make a cornstarch slurry with water. Add slowly to your saucepan and mix thoroughly until sauce thickens
- Toss the cooked egg noodles with your sauce and add to a meal prep container
- Top with cooked meats and veggies. Garnish with green onion
